Shipping & Delivery

Delivery across Sri Lanka

We deliver island-wide for a flat Rs 350. In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment and usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Our studio dispatches Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Pre-order items follow our Pre Order Policy.

Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Changing your delivery address

We can change the delivery address any time before your order is dispatched. Email tharshana@tharshana.com as soon as possible.

Stock availability

Occasionally an item sells out after you've ordered it. If this happens, we'll send the items we have and ask whether you'd like to wait for a restock or receive a refund for the missing item.

Late or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier. If it arrives damaged, refuse it from the courier if you can and get in touch. If it was left while you were out, email us photos of the packaging and item.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies.
